1. We DO NOT SELL alcohol

2. We do have TABC certified bartenders

3. We do carry insurance

4. We only provide service and any NON-alcoholic components (i.e. cups,ice,soda/juice,dispensers etc)

5. Common guest counts VS. Bartenders needed

Less then 150 Guests = 1 Bartender

150 - 250       Guests = 2 Bartenders

250 - 350       Guests = 3 Bartenders

350 - 500       Guests = 4 Bartenders

6. We may have additional fees for private residence events. Please inquire and we will visit the site prior to event.

7. We DO NOT "buy back" any alcohol from the event.

8. Many of our suggested alcohol providers do allow for returns on unopened alcohol for 80-90 cents on the dollar.

9. We do create your "buy" sheet for the purchase of alcohol. This insures a successful event.

10.We offer many other components your may want to inquire about. We have portable bars for that perfect backyard feel,

Margarita machines, real glassware, mixers and more....
