All of our professional and TABC-certified bartenders arrive at your event equipped with the necessary tools to serve bottle and keg/draft beer, wine, and mixed cocktails for up to 6 hours or per venue allowance. 

Bartender Package 1 - 1 TABC bartender = $625 125 guests or less

Bartender Package 2 - 2 TABC bartenders = $750  126-225 guests

Bartender Package 3 - 3 TABC bartenders = $875  226-325 guests

Bartender Package 4 - 4 TABC bartenders = $1000  325-500 guests

Bartenders will set up your bar area and serving station + chilling white wine and beer (ice not included) + bar decor placement.

Then clean up the bar area + remove bar trash + repackage unused alcohol that is handed over to a designated individual.

Each additional bar will have a set-up/Clean-up fee of $100. We recommend keeping 2 bartenders together for speed of service.

You might be thinking, what is a mixer package?  To simplify everything, here is a breakdown of our mixer packages and your many choices to customize your guests' bar experience.

Mixer Package: Includes Coke, Dt Coke, Sprite, Water, Tonic Water, Club Soda, Pineapple Juice, Cranberry Juice, OJ, Grenadine, Limes, Olives, Cherries, Salt, Margarita Mix, 3 Flavor Syrups, Napkins, Straws & 9 oz. cups for all of your guests

Ice Package: Includes all the ice you'll need for your bar (excluding keg ice).

$1/guest.

$2.50 per drink! Margarita Bar: Giving your guests the opportunity to create custom cocktails at your wedding with our fun and exciting margarita bar on the rocks, with a variety of flavored syrups- you can't go wrong with this choice!  Party Host provides their preferred tequila and triple sec.

Full Batch = 5 gallons $250/ Half Batch = 2.5 gallons $125

$4 per drink! Red or White Sangria by the batch: Our delicious blends of red and white sangria make the perfect drink "on tap" and double as a beautiful bar display.

$100 Coffee Bar: Older guests appreciate coffee with their guests. This package comes with regular coffee, creamers, sweeteners/sugars, stir sticks, and foam cups (100 servings).
